Well into my transformation and having a really hard time leaning out!  Just had some blood work done to rule out anything out of my control and PREP is key.  No Excuses here!  I leave for work at 5am tomorrow morning and will not be home until sometime Thursday.  ALL my meals are prepped and packed.  I love starting a long day with protein pancakes.  I've posted the recipe before but here you go again.

1 Banana
2 eggs
1 scoop IsaPro Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon

Blend in blender and cook.  Yummy!
