Happy Monday

Hope everyone is having a fabulous start to the week.  To be successful living a HEALTHY single mom lifestyle I need to prepare, prepare, prepare!

I always cook half my weeks food on Sunday...(gets me through Wednesday)  and the other half Wednesday night.

This week I cooked broccoli, peppers, onion, mushrooms, and I always have lettuce or spinach on hand.

I cooked 3 lbs of chicken both breast and tenders and 12oz grass fed lean ground beef.

Everything is separated into Tupperware and ready to grab and go.  Check back in earlier blog posts for our yummy grab and go egg cakes.

I also made some healthy super delicious desserts!  Here is my Fudgy Brownie recipe!  Hope you guys enjoy

How many of us single parents don't have time to workout?  No $$$ to eat right?  NO MORE EXCUSES.
I am here to help you on your journey to becoming healthy happy role models for your children.
Some of you follow me on facebook, you've seen my competition pictures and say " no way can I do that".  NOT TRUE!
8 months...8 months of healthy eating and working out hard is all it took to change my life.
I scheduled workouts and planned my meals.  I learned how to cook my daughters favorite foods the healthy way and I learned what we should and shouldn't be putting in our bodies.

If you are ready to be healthy role models for your children contact me or just stay tuned to this blog!

I will be adding great do anywhere workouts for busy parents and yummy recipes.

Please include your kids in as many workouts as you can.  The earlier a healthy lifestyle is a way of life for them the better off they are.

See you soon,

Calling all Single Moms! Happy Mother's Day

So I have been kind of floundering with this blog.  I wasn't really sure which direction to go with it.  You guys seem to like my workouts and recipes but I have very inconsistent because I really didn't have any direction.  Today it hit me....
I woke up to my daughter (she is 7.5) upset because she couldn't make me breakfast in bed by herself.  For those of you who don't know me personally I am a single mother....When I say single mother I don't mean she goes with her father every other weekend and I get child support.  I mean if I am not at work my daughter is with me.  Every waking moment of everyday....
Back to my point... I have managed to figure out how to live a healthy lifestyle on a non existent budget and absolutely no free time so I thought I would share my ideas with you folks.

Today I have added a healthy cookie recipe my daughter and I love to cook and a do it ANYWHERE workout for those of us that cannot afford a gym or at least one with daycare.
